Ingredients You Will Need
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 cup of confectioner’s sugar
- 1/4 cup of bourbon (of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of light corn syrup
- 2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Sift together cocoa and sugar
- Combine bourbon with syrup
- Add vanilla wafer crumbs and nuts
- Mix well
- Form into small balls and dust with confectioner’s sugar
- Allow to dry
- Store in tightly covered tin or freeze until ready to serve
