It’s official soup season! (Soup szn for the young folk 😉 ) Although I love soup year-round, I really appreciate it in the Fall. Soup is so underrated! Side dish? Main dish? Lunch? Dinner? Soup is your answer. I hope you enjoy another Charleston recipe from my great grandma!
Ingredients You Will Need
- 3 cups of broccoli flowerets
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 2 cups of milk
- white pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- sprinkle of paprika
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Saute broccoli, onion, and carrot in butter until veggies are tender
- Stir in milk and can of soup
- Cook mixture until thoroughly heated
- Enjoy!
